Job Description:

• Collaborating with and gathering input from management and vendors to implement process enhancements and improvements
• Monitor QA testing progress to ensure releases meet documented quality standards
• Ensure testing is inclusive of all changes in software documents and versions
• Ensure testing is thorough and complete for each test event and release
• Communicate test results to the team and vendors, as needed
• Coordinate with team to ensure all changes are known, documented, and tested
• Create and update software test plans and software test artifacts to test software releases
• Document Software Testing results and assist in redlining documents
• Maintain required data in an organized manner that is readily accessible to authorized personnel
• Facilitate post deployment validation process and monitor releases to ensure successful implementation of releases
• Provide coordination and guidance for release related questions and issues
• Act as lesion between multiple stakeholders of the releases
• Work with project functional teams to integrate their input into software tests
• Management experience determining readiness of products for release via test results
• Experience in requirements gathering, scope definition and environment provisioning in a fast paced, evolving environment
• Manage Release Deployments
• Effectively manage release communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in JIRA, DOORS, Confluence, and other CM related tools
