Job OverviewThe Creative Director is an interdisciplinary role responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of innovative slot and casino games. This position works collaboratively with teams across the organization, including art, math, engineering, and QA, to ensure seamless integration of creative elements into game development. The Creative Director plays a hands-on role in designing templates, managing asset production, and aligning game concepts with market trends. This position requires strong technical art skills, an ability to coordinate with multiple departments, and excellent communication capabilities. Duties include developing templates, ensuring asset quality, and supporting teams with creative and technical direction. Additionally, the Creative Director will track market trends and ensure the game aligns with business objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years as a professional graphic designer or creative professional.
8+ years in the gambling industry.
4+ years managing creative professionals
Experience in UI design, 2D art, and animation.
Proficiency with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and adapt assets to engineering needs.
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience with:
Developing cross-platform design templates for portrait and landscape formats.
Building reusable asset libraries to optimize production workflows.
Collaborating with QA to ensure game quality.
Utilizing market research to drive creative direction.
Web development, photography, and video production.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with all teams, including art, math, engineering, and QA, to support creative and technical needs.
Create and manage design templates for various game styles, optimizing for both portrait and landscape modes.
Develop reusable assets and maintain a library for future projects.
Track market trends, consumer needs, and competitor performance to inform game design.
Oversee asset quality and ensure alignment with engineering and QA requirements.
Support the presentation and dissemination of final concepts across departments.
Communicate with land-based teams to adapt assets for interactive use.
Provide hands-on technical and creative direction throughout the development cycle.
