A DAY IN THE LIFE



Montrose is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to manage the front desk clerical tasks and assist with the day-to-day administrative functions.


To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily.   • Answering phones and emails, in addition to redirecting and/or escalating as appropriate.


  • Perform general clerical duties associated with the business, including filing, maintaining records, copying and scanning.


  • Assists with editing or proofreading documents and/or reports.


  • Assists office staff with general, administrative support tasks as needed.


  • Manages inventory and restocking of supplies, and places orders when necessary.


  • Processes and receives, and distributes mail and shipments.


  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.


  • Completes and submits all final documentation, forms, and timesheets in a timely matter.


  • Ensure adherence to the company policies, standards, and procedures.



YOUR EXPRTISE AND SKILLS



To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


  • High School diploma or equivalent required.


  • 2+ years of general office experience preferred.


  • Competency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email. Working knowledge of computer software programs (ex. MS Office, Google, Workday) preferred.


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, utilize time management and prioritization skills.


  • Possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities
