Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager for onsite work at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and successfully closing IT projects for the 355th Communications Squadron (355 CS). This role involves end-to-end project oversight, ensuring quality, adherence to budgets, and effective communication with stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project initiation, oversight, and quality control activities.
Analyze budgets and funding requirements for each project.
Act as the primary liaison with external organizations and vendors, ensuring clear communication and guidance for all stakeholders.
Coordinate and collaborate with vendors on shared IT initiatives, including responding to information requests and ensuring quality assurance.
Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., Cisco, AI) relevant to base IT operations and adapt projects accordingly.
Organize and participate in project meetings and briefings as needed.
Prepare, maintain, and archive all technical and contractual project documentation in alignment with Department of the Air Force (DAF) and local policies.
Support Engineering & Implementation Work Plan (E&I WP) processes to address C4I gaps and deficiencies.
Provide required project records to the Records Manager for archiving in the Electronic Records Management (ERM) system.
This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of IT projects, addressing operational needs, and enhancing the 355 CS's IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
Active Secret or higher Security Clearance.
Security+ Certification
Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in IT Project Management.
Familiarity with current IT technologies and best practices.
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
Proficiency in documentation and compliance with regulatory policies.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
