Your new role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders and will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in government and municipal projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- OSHA30 & First Aid/CPR certified
- Leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
