Recognized construction company located in Miami, over 25 years of history, projects all over South Florida. Specializing in High-End Commercial / Retail, Restaurants, Class A Offices, Ground Up / Renovations.



Responsibilities



Supports, overview and coordination of multiple projects.


Managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.


Preconstruction


Maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process / Document Controlling / Process Improvement / Scheduling



Qualifications



B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.


7-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Tenant Improvements, Interiors, Commercial, High-end Retail, Restaurants, ground up / renovations.


To be successful, you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with the South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.


Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.


Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.



What you'll get in return



In return, you will receive a package of up to $110,000 - 140,000 plus benefits, allowances, Bonus and other perks.
