Our client is seeking a Fleet Liaison / Call Center Support in Atlanta, GA.
Role Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Positions make up a "mini call center" with three people handling an 1-800 line, acting as the face of the dealers.
• Issue/assign control numbers allowing qualified customers to participate in the fleet program to receive discounts.
• New center will run simultaneously with the original center through August 2025 to ensure a seamless transition.
• Call volume increases toward the end of the month, which can be stressful due to volume and quick turnaround time.
• Respond to dealer, customer, and regional phone calls, emails, and faxes via Fleet Operations' 1-800 phone number, email box, and received faxes.
• Handle or redirect calls to appropriate Fleet personnel and log calls into the Communications Database.
• Validate and issue Corporate Account Numbers (CANs) to new Fleet accounts.
• Validate and issue Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) control numbers to customers.
• Validate and issue Fleet Employee Program (FEP) control numbers to customers.
• Provide customers with replacement EAB or FEP Incentive Forms as needed.
• Assist with department projects.
Skills & Requirements
Top 3-5 Required Experience:
• Must have call center experience (Detail-oriented, courteous, Superb communications and able to handle pressure and high volume well.)
• Some customer relations experience is required.
• 1-3 years of professional experience OR New college graduates (4-year degree) without experience who are trying to get their foot in the door at the client will also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Flexible with staggered schedules (8-4, 9-5, or 11-7).
• Flexible to work overtime at the end of the month, potentially staying until 8 pm to field phone calls.
• Rarely work weekends/holidays but may be needed occasionally.
Top 3-5 Plus Skills
• Automotive industry experience highly preferred.
