Position Number: S79480
This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $36,090-$43,330 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and troubleshoot the parking garage access system.• Manage administrative tasks and office operations efficiently
• Determines number of permits to allocate for sale based on parking zone capacities, parking zone assignments, and parking regulations.
• Responsible for the end of month credit card revenue reconciliation including but not limited to the following transactions: online permit sales, online citation payments, pay-by-plate parking payments, flexible reserved parking revenue, and kiosk payments.
• Provides administrative support to the Manager of Parking Services, and Director of Transportation & Parking Services. Serves as the on-shift lead for front office operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
