About the role
We are looking for an individual who excels in a high volume telephonic environment, being able to educate, build relationships, and gaining the confidence of our prospective clients. The goal is to sign them up for the Ticket to Work program. This position serves as an educational liaison with other divisions of Allsup.
What you"ll do
Opportunity to help previously unserved population
Builds rapport and educates individuals in pursuit of Social Security Disability benefits on the Ticket to Work program.
Receives incoming and conducts outgoing calls to potential customers with the goal of assessing eligibility and educating them about the advantages of utilizing AES services
Enrolling beneficiaries in the Ticket to Work program and completing an Individualized Work Plan on the phone.
Serves as a liaison, educating other Allsup divisions on the Ticket to Work program
Reviews correspondence and completes necessary forms
Achieves performance targets

Qualifications
High School Diploma, with Associate"s Degree preferred.
1-2 years sales and/or customer service experience
Prior Social Security Disability experience preferred
Ability to learn, retain, and apply information in a fast-paced environment.
Must have friendly, customer centric personality, focused on creating a positive experience through sales, education, and relationship building techniques.
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent grammar, spelling, oral, and written professional communication skills.
Must be flexible, adaptive, and responsive to change.
Must possess strong problem solving and organizational abilities
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
