How This Position Contributes to the Team
Account Specialists at the Water Environment Federation (WEF) are the customer-facing professionals who manage projects for the Sales and Business Development Department. For WEF to achieve its organization’s revenue goals, the Specialists are flexible professionals who can be deployed against sales or new business development projects. In this position, you will focus on prospecting, account development, and outreach to customers. Your role is also to be the key customer contact within the Department for customer relationship management as projects and programs develop for all WEF commercial products, either in sales and customer success or new business development.
NOTE: This position is only open to hybrid work – approximately 80% remote work, 20% in-office work (Alexandria, VA).
