Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning to oversee and manage our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control, with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning will lead a team and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support company goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
• Oversee the selection and management of suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring supplier performance meets company standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with functional leaders and customers to create a strategic, collaborative demand plan through effective execution of the Integrated Business Planning process.
• Develop and maintain a feasible production plan, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful plan execution.
• Generate revenue forecasts, continuously monitor actual performance, and initiate immediate corrective actions to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Track and evaluate key planning metrics, driving ongoing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications:

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and procurement..

• Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
