Essential Job Functions:

• Conceptualize and execute an innovative technology strategy.
• Interact with senior-level customers within the Defense, National Security, and/or Intelligence Communities to build relations, introduce new technologies, and present opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to infuse technology, Agile principles, and human-centered design best practices, where applicable.
• Approach IT solutions from multiple perspectives (business, organization, security, data, and technology).
• Serve as a growth lead to drive all aspects of proposal development (solutioning, writing, pricing, etc.)
• Analyze RFIs and RFPs for customer requirements and develop a solution that fits the customer's needs.
• Understand the competitive landscape and develop price-to-win strategies to submit winning proposals.
• Develop thought leadership pieces to include white papers, lead prototypes, and proofs of concepts relevant to opportunities.
• Understand new technology solutions to present design and implementation details to customers.
• Able to execute within the small business regulations, specifically those related to the SBA 8(a) program.
• Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities in space and defense sectors, aligning customer needs with the company's capabilities.
• Ability to identify, establish, and use essential customer relationships with senior-level officials and program stakeholders with DOD Customers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience involving IT solutions, applications modernization, Agile practices, and/or software development.
• 10+ years of experience working in the Defense, National Security, and/or Intelligence Communities.
• Experience in IT Service Management and IT Service Desk solutioning, implementation, and operations.
• Deep technical understanding of air and space operations and missions or related aerospace weapon systems.
• Recent US Defense technology solutioning / delivery experience is required, preferably with the US Air Force/Space Force.
• Experience with Cloud solutions delivery, capture, and/or technical proposal management across Federal agencies and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Rackspace, and/or VMware
• Experience and knowledge of application modernization, custom software development, Java, agile software development, DevOps, DevSecOps, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience developing white papers, RFI responses, and proposals.
• Experience as a Technology Solution Architect supporting government CIO/CTO organizations.
• Experience with engineering tools, including Confluence, Jira, BigPicture, and others.
• Top Secret SCI eligible clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent writing skills involving customer-ready presentations, proposal content, and technical documentation.
• Excellent presentation skills to different audiences, including senior-level clients, business SMEs, and developers.
• Experience with developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Relevant certifications (SAFe Agilist, CSM, PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, Cloud Solution Architect, etc.).
• Ability to work as a self-starter, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel (up to 20%) to meet with clients and teaming partners, support proposal efforts and attend conferences.
