Pay Range

$37,800.00-$51,900.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist 1 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall efficiency of our inventory management system. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in inventory management and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of products and materials.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Record and update inventory data in the inventory management system.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address inventory-related issues and support production needs.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights on inventory trends and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in inventory management or related fields.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced inventory management software.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary around $47,200/yr ($22.70/hour) based on skills and experience.
  • Vacation Pay (Entitlement is 3 weeks PTO per annum, pro-rated in 1st year depending on start date)

  • Four ten-hour days (Monday through Thursday, 06:00am – 4:00pm)
