Overview
Come join the Zenith Business Development and Marketing team to help our agency pitch new business, win new clients and get involved in large agency marketing events! The role of the Project Manager, Business Development and Marketing is to partner with other members of the Business Development and Marketing team to assist in running of US new business pitches and large agency marketing events. The role would also allow you to partner with Zenith US Leadership and Global Publicis Media Business Development teams. The objective of our team to secure and build long term client relationships, manage our agencies' participation in a formal pitch tender process (not a sales team) and manage large agency events (such as Townhalls and client events).
Project Manager, Business Development and Marketing is responsibilities include supporting the Business Development and Marketing team in organizing and building project plans for pitches (both at the agency and at the client), working with design teams on collateral, working with IT to ensure tech/rooms are set up for pitches, working with pitch teams on specific design and experiential needs, host hybrid townhalls and help create in person agency events.

Responsibilities
PRODUCE WINNING WORK IN NEW BUSINESS PITCHES AND EVENTS
Partner with pitch teams and design teams to ensure ideas are brought to life through PowerPoint design and pitch experiences
Partner with BD leads to seamless plan, organize pitch teams, prepare for Exec review and build pitch experiences
Lead the management execution of key in person and hybrid marketing events such as in person special events, townhalls and agency/client offsites
DESIGNING, ACTIVATING AND OWNING THE PITCH AND MARKETING DELIVERY PLAN
Guide and execute pitch coordination - timelines, checkpoints, deliverables, design and pitch theatre/production needs
Overall logistics management of new business pitches, from physical in-room needs to virtual meeting management
Lead with an understanding of all aspects of our agency offering, from media planning, data, tech, tools, and commercials
CLOSE COLLABORATION
Closely collaborate with pitch leadership to ensure a consistent, winning strategy is deployed across all pitches
Ensure accountability across key pitch stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables
Responsible for accurate and timely entry of pitch details in Publicis Groupe's Central Repository (via Salesforce)
Qualifications
4+ years of media agency experience or background in new business, marketing and events
Self-starter who is curious and proactively thinks around corners
A natural-born planner, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for organizing process and people
Creative mind to help partner with design teams to execute with excellence
Ability to perform in a fast paced and changing environment, under pressure to deadline
Believes no ask is too big and no detail too small

Compensation Range: $77,800 - $100,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
