The Content Manager is the lead developer on large-scale projects (e.g. new feeds) or set of databases. You will oversee all aspects from planning, research, spec creation, QA test creation, and resource allocation for a successful implementation of new content.
You will focus on the production of high-quality Market Data and other internal projects and also provide Resource/Support for the help desk and other internal teams for both new and existing products/data. You'll collaborate across FactSet with subject matter experts in related data sets, socialize the key deliverables, and solicit feedback across the business regarding available data sources, analytics or current in-house solutions.
What You'll Do:
New Content development - Spec'ing new third party and FDS proprietary content, directing engineering, and integrating content into the workstation
Update content, troubleshoot documentation, and write procedural specs for operations
Ensure Market Data Products continue to be available 24/7
Accountable for end-to-end process and its performance for one or multiple functions/regions
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the changing business needs and develop strategies to best meet those needs
Assist in adding new content on the Workstation and Feeds
Evaluate the product/project requirements and troubleshoot system errors
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills:
Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
5 + years' experience working with financial market data
End to end data production knowledge
Financial knowledge and business acumen
Exhibited expertise to help position content enhancements into key workflows
Ability to work a hybrid schedule from an office in NYC or Norwalk, CT
Desired Skills:
FactSet product knowledge
QA Testing experience
Innovative and self-driven skills
Ability to work independently

The budgeted base salary range for this position in NYC and the state of Connecticut is $104,000 - $130,000
