The Enterprise Systems Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing training programs to support IT systems and help new and existing employees understand the systems they will use in their day-to-day responsibilities. This role focuses on creating clear, impactful training materials that ensure the smooth adoption and utilization of new and updated systems. By equipping employees with the skills to use these systems confidently, this role contributes to both individual and organizational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver high-impact training programs across multiple formats, including eLearning and video, accommodating various learning styles.
Collaborate with program managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop and refine learning materials aligned with business goals and the Enterprise Systems Training strategy.
Review and edit all training materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, resulting in concise work instructions.
Address feedback and implement changes promptly to meet deliverables on time.
Respond to inquiries regarding training materials and courses with courtesy and professionalism.
Conduct learner analysis interviews to define target personas and create audience-specific training programs.
Ensure all training content aligns with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a similar discipline, or a minimum of 1-3 years of proven business experience in a similar field.
