Where you will work:
This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is based out of the Sun Prairie, WI office location.
The contributions you will make:
This position supports Learning and Development initiatives within the Human Resources Talent Management team by organizing and completing projects and assignments. Maintains the Learning Management System (LMS), generates reports, edits and uploads video content, and coordinates logistics for training events and assessments. Prepares training materials, maintains standardized templates and tools, and provides general administrative support to the Talent Management and Human Resources team.
A typical day:
Supports and administers the Learning Management System (LMS).
Assists in tracking and reporting of annual compliance training, ensuring timely completion and communication of status updates.
Tracks attendance and grades for learning sessions, manages class rosters, and distributes session evaluations.
Coordinates course logistics, including session setup and preparation, in collaboration with instructors.
Produces, edits, and uploads video content shared, virtual training sessions as a webinar producer or host at the direction of Learning and Development (L&D) team members.
Maintains and updates the annual training calendar, Talent Profiles, and SharePoint site with relevant content and assessment results.
Generates and analyzes monthly reports on L&D activities, including custom reports and tracking of training hours.
Supports ongoing LMS maintenance and upgrades, and handle inquiries in the learning and development inbox, directing them to subject matter experts as needed.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
Associates' degree in business administration, human resources, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Previous experience in administrative support, human resources, learning management or related field.
Strong technical aptitude and computer utilization skills including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,), SharePoint and Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience working with sensitive and confidential information required.
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
