Who are we looking for?
A passion to help children with autism and their families live their best lives
Integrity to always do what?s right for the individual child and their family
Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do
The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Must have completed a minimum of 10 months of a verified Master's of ABA coursework through an accredited university
Must have completed at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 of those hours unrestricted
2 years post-bachelor working with children with developmental disabilities
Must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
