TRC's Client, located near Powers Ferry, has an opportunity for an Executive Conference and Event Technology Specialist!
This position is with an Industry Leader in Supply Chain Software and is ranked as a top workplace in Atlanta!
The Specialist will support the Executive Briefing center with meeting and event scheduling, set up, client and executive support on the day, and event technology troubleshooting to include Audio/visual equipment, PCs, MACs, Apple Airplay, conferencing systems, TEAMS, Zoom, etc.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role with customer-facing responsibilities.
Highly organized and articulate communicator with a resourceful mindset.
Proven ability to interact with customers, analysts, investors, and high-level executives in a professional and confidential manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Collaborative work style and ability to stay connected with marketing team members located in other areas.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize within defined timelines.
Ability to take direction while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Meeting planning or management experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Teams, and IT interfaces is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
Familiarity with calendar management tools is beneficial.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work occasional irregular hours based on activities or local off-site events.
