Job Description:

Role Summary?

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering projects from

conception through completion. This role requires a hands-on approach to planning,

coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring that timelines, budgetary

constraints, and quality standards are met. The Project Engineer will work closely

with cross-functional teams to support product development, process improvements,

and production scalability

Essential Duties?
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets,

and resource allocation
  • ?Lead project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews to align

stakeholders and track milestones
  • Ensure projects adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during project development, including feasibility

studies, design reviews, and process validations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project

lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize design

and production processes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, risk

assessments, validation, protocols, and change control records
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)

and company policy
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary

materials and equipment for projects
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cot reduction throughout

the project cycle
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance project

efficiency and outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related

field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a project engineer in a manufacturing

environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet

deadlines
  • Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Experience in a regulated industry
  • Certification in project management
