The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of major combined cycle power generation projects valued at $50M to $900M. You'll lead diverse teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of combined cycle power generation projects, from planning and procurement to construction and close-out.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Lead and inspire a high-performing project team to achieve results.
Communicate project health and status to stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
Manage contract changes, pricing strategies, and change orders.
Prepare and finalize all project documentation, including warranties and final payments.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience:
4-6 years managing large-scale combined cycle power generation or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the unique challenges of combined cycle systems.
Skills:
Proven leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (e.g., scheduling software, CAD).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and risk-management skills.
Preferred: PMP certification.
