Ovise has partnered with an established organization as they embark on their AI journey.We're seeking a Lead AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of AI solutions, focusing on Gen AI and RAG models
- Design, build, and optimize AI pipelines in Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business processes
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen AI
- Strong proficiency in Python; experience with RAG frameworks preferred
- Ability to manage and mentor engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
