My client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer with a passion for creating robust ERP solutions. You'll join an innovative online retail company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and play a pivotal role in shaping our business processes. With a growing engineering team of 20, we're looking for a dedicated developer to take ownership of our D365 F&O development and integration efforts.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary D365 F&O developer, designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to gather and refine requirements.
Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, integrations, and extensions within D365 F&O.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing implementations to enhance system performance and reliability.
Ensure smooth integration between D365 F&O and other business systems, including third-party tools and platforms.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and configurations.
Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team as needed.
Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O developments, features, and best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a D365 F&O developer, with hands-on expertise in customization, extensions, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of X++ programming language, D365 F&O modules, and system architecture.
Proficiency in developing solutions aligned with finance, supply chain, and retail business processes.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Strong understanding of SQL Server, database management, and data migration.
Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Comfortable working onsite in Fort Lauderdale 2-3 times per week.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with online retail or e-commerce systems.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integrations.
Knowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
Prior experience in a small-to-medium-sized engineering team.
