Judson Group has been retained by a boutique RIA in the search for a Financial Advisor - CFP. This individual will report directly to the owner, take over existing client relationships, and will be responsible for leading all client meetings and developing meaningful personalized financial plans.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for satisfaction and retention of the firm's wealth management clients.
Manage and set client expectations.
Plan and lead client meetings.
Handle account administration, cashiering, and all documentation required for portfolio.
Responsible for developing and presenting comprehensive financial plans and long-term investment strategies.
Analyze client data to understand trends and develop and prepare complex financial and investment plans and recommendations based on findings.
Identify new assets within existing book of business as well as new opportunities.
Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
Conduct financial planning reviews.
Collaborate with various team members to ensure a full-scope financial plan is implemented.
Requirements:
7+ years of HNW client facing experience required.
Bachelor's Degree and Series 65 required.
CFP required; other credentials including CPA, CFA, FPQP, JD, and MBA a plus.
Must possess high self-initiative.
Business development experience preferred.
Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation, and technology skills.
