Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a Production Controls Scheduler - Manufacturing Experience Required position.
Job Summary
Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensure the efficient flow of materials required by production schedules. Monitors the inventory of parts, components, and raw materials and coordinates ordering, invoicing, and scheduling with vendors. Tracks status of customer orders and production schedules to identify issues or delays and coordinates with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve problems. Inputs and maintains production data in ERP, MRP, or other databases. Work with project teams on a continuous basis to support projects in accordance with contractual requirements for various projects. Reports to a shop manager. Works under moderate supervision.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
1-3 years of experience in similar setting and industry
Superior communication and organization development skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
Experience with Microsoft Office
Project Scheduling Experience
Document Control Experience
Time management skills
