Our client is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is pivotal to the client's strategic decision-making process, contributing directly to the development and execution of growth objectives.
The Junior Financial Analyst will work collaboratively with team members across all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with operational and clinical staff, as well as various departments within the organization's central support structure. The successful candidate will provide key financial insights and analysis to support informed, strategic business planning and drive the organization's success.

Salary: Starting at $50,000, but can go slightly higher based on experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Finance to support the Budgeting and Forecasting process, collaborating with inter-departmental teams to develop detailed, metrics-based projections.
Prepare and present the weekly cash flow report, including a 52-week cash flow forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational financial goals.
Maintain and improve Monthly/Weekly reports to deliver actionable insights into financial performance.
Conduct detailed analyses and trend reporting on company performance
Assist the Finance Manager in developing interactive dashboards with key financial and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Provide support during the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Execute ad hoc analyses as needed to address emerging business needs and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
? A minimum of one year experience as a Financial Analyst
? Proficient in handling extensive datasets, with expertise in VBA and advanced Excel functionalities.
? Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
? Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Work environment:
Must be able to commute to Fort Lauderdale to work
