TMO's play a critical role in helping clients optimize working capital through tailored solutions.
Position Overview: In this role, the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) will identify, analyze, and support treasury/cash management services for business clients. You'll work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, using your expertise to promote and customize treasury solutions. Building relationships through strategic alliances, prospecting, and networking, the TMO will drive fee income, deposits, and the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop new business relationships focused on treasury management and drive fee revenue from treasury solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to customize client offerings, including digital treasury management strategies and marketing collateral
Establish and expand networks within the community, creating referral opportunities and enhancing the client's market presence
Provide expert consulting to clients to help them optimize working capital through tailored treasury and digital solutions
Meet performance goals for client acquisition, deposit growth, and revenue generation
Partner with lending and digital teams to execute treasury outreach campaigns, ensuring a seamless client experience
Participate in community events to reinforce the client's brand and establish COI relationships
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in treasury management, supporting both clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration preferred
3+ years' experience in treasury management sales or deposit product management
Demonstrated success in securing new treasury management business and onboarding clients
Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic banking environment
Leadership abilities to inspire and represent the client positively with both customers and team members
Advanced prospecting and selling skills, with knowledge of treasury and cash management products
Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and banking technology
Solid understanding of payments, NACHA, BSA, and AML compliance
Skilled in communication, able to effectively engage clients and internal teams

Pay:
$80,000 - $100,000 /year
+ Commission
