What You'll Do
  • Craft and execute financial strategies to propel growth and operational goals.
  • Oversee cash flow, capital planning, and liquidity, ensuring resources are in place for strategic initiatives.
  • Build and manage financial models for real estate development projects.
  • Lead the budgeting process, monitor performance, and adjust forecasts as needed.
  • Secure and structure financing for operations, acquisitions, and development projects.
  • Foster relationships with lenders, investors, and partners to drive opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with external CPA firms for tax filings and ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Safeguard company assets by securing and managing comprehensive insurance policies that cover all bases.
  • Inspire excellence by leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and accounting team to enhance performance and elevate company culture.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of financial experience, including leadership roles in real estate or related industries.
  • Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (Yardi preferred) and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Top-notch interpersonal and communication skills for presenting financial insights.
  • A strategic mindset paired with relentless attention to detail and execution.
