Responsibilities:
Analyze complex data to identify trends and insights.
Create and maintain clear reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Actuarial teams.
Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
3+ years in data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical modeling (SAS, R, Python).
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
Insurance industry experience is a plus.
