Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Broker Associate role at HRS Commercial in Newport Beach, CA. This role provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to learn and grow from the best within a small firm environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year prior experience in relevant commercial real estate area.
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Real Estate Salesperson license.
Basic understanding of quantitative analysis and finance.
A valid driver's license and fully insured automobile is required.
Strong interpersonal, sales skills and willingness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
Overall working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
As an Associate you will work with HRS lead producers to accomplish business development and secure client relationships.
Develop market and property specific target client lists and generate new leads and prospects (in-person contacts, phone calls, canvassing; scheduling face-to-face meetings with new clients, and follow-up as needed).
Develops business and negotiates the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties.
Compiles property and market data for clients, such as surveys, summary reports, maps, market updates, and presentations for new assignments.
Maintain direct contact with prospects by cold calling and driving marketing efforts with the objective of increasing client awareness and new client acquisition.
Update CRM to maintain contacts, leads, and opportunities for the team.
Review, abstract and analyze client legal documents, (PSA, Lease, etc).
