The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is critical in ensuring financial visibility, optimizing resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, blending in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Forecasting & Budgeting:
Develop and manage annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
Partner with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
Strategic Analysis:
Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Provide actionable insights to leadership on profitability, cost efficiency, and return on investment.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards for decision support.
Business Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, supporting decision-making with robust financial analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and optimize operational initiatives.
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices.
Support internal and external audits with accurate financial data and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, etc.).
Familiarity with healthcare financial metricsis a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
