The firm is seeking an executive assistant / administrative assistant to assist three finance professionals in an energetic and fast paced environment. Qualified candidates should have several years of experience as an administrative assistant in a financial services firm. General responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
Manage the office
Assist with client tracking
Assist with deal administration
Maintain client and deal databases
Assist with marketing
Travel arrangements
Organize meetings
Maintain client and deal files
Pay bills and manage expenses
Anything and everything to support a growing team
Qualifications Needed:
Several years of experience as an administrative assistant
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Detail oriented
Time management
Self motivated
Willingness to learn new tasks
