This position is for you if you pride yourself on completing challenging puzzles. As a Rostering Associate, you will manage and oversee the allocation of registrants to teams within various sports programs. Responsibilities will include building team rosters based on distinct program-specific parameters, responding to assigned customer service inquiries swiftly and efficiently, and communicating directly with families via email or phone when necessary. The Rostering Associate will report to the Director of Development. This is a part-time, remote position that requires ~15-20 hours per week. Rostering Associates may work flexibly outside of required training and standing meetings.
