What You Will Be Doing
Lead process technology transfers from Process Engineering department to Manufacturing department
Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new and existing products
Perform troubleshooting of problems in assembly areas working toward root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes
Interface with Design Engineering team regarding process capabilities, materials, and review new products to ensure they meet Design for Manufacturing (DFM) criteria
What You Need for this Position
10+ Years of Experience With:
Experience with wire bond and die attach
Semiconductor manufacturing
Knowledge of MIL, IPC, and, J-STD standards
SMT Process development
Hands on experience with SolidWorks and CAD
Knowledge of 5S, SPC, and, lean manufacturing practices
Documentation with PCB software (nice to have)
