All team members will be required to work on-site three (3) days per week. The on-site days will be Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a third day to be selected by the employee in consultation with their leader.

Job Summary:
As Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple States and Jurisdictions.
You will work closely with the Payroll Team daily to provide guidance, prioritization, and mentorship with the goal of optimizing team efficiencies and contributions.
The Payroll Supervisor also serves as the contact for escalations within the payroll community.
The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Manager of Payroll Operations.
Responsibilities:
Process and administer the company's payroll on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, and off cycle). Verify timesheets, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments are being issued accurately according to company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations in payroll processing.
Provide leadership and mentoring of payroll staff including hiring, training, coaching and development/performance management. This includes cross-training employees to ensure no gaps in compliance.
Backup to the Senior Manager of Payroll Operations and Payroll Coordinators as needed.
Work with the team to understand various workloads and prioritize activities and tasks, in line with company and team objectives.
Ensure payroll records are accurate and maintained in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Establish and monitor processes and controls to ensure the data integrity within payroll and timekeeping applications (Workday, Kronos, ADP).
Execute audits as needed to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Work with Senior Manager of Payroll Operations to ensure quarterly tax, annual tax, and W-2's are filed timely/accurately. Work to resolve any payroll/tax related errors ensuring they are corrected timely in accordance with Federal and State laws and Company policies.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand new business requirements that have a potential impact on payroll processes and ensure payroll processes and systems are optimized to meet those needs.
Manage or assist with special projects such as system enhancements and payroll upgrades.
Serve as a liaison between third party vendors and the Finance and Human Resources departments to troubleshoot system related issues, put in place system enhancements or develop reporting capabilities.
Provide payroll data and analysis as requested by various internal stakeholders.
Assist with Payroll Acquisitions or Divestitures where Payroll and Tax information is necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and operations
Experiencing mentoring or managing people
Experience with Workday, Kronos, ADP preferred
Knowledge of Tax laws and regulations
Ability to handle extremely confidential information in an expeditious and discretionary manner
