Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on goals, progress, and challenges.
Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, designers, and analysts.
Foster collaboration and accountability within the team to achieve milestones.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, and/or systems architecture.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
