Our clients range from startup tech companies to beauty brands and influencers. We're looking for passionate, creative, and self-motivated interns to join our team and help shape our social media campaigns, engage with online communities, and support our growing agency.
Internship Overview:
This is a hands-on internship where you will be involved in the execution of social media strategies, client branding, content creation, and engagement. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from tech startups to small businesses, and will gain real-world experience in managing social media accounts, creating content, and supporting brand-building campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement: Interact with followers and industry professionals on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok (for select clients), with a focus on building our agency's social presence.
Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate on content ideas, create social media posts, and support campaign development.
Lead Generation: Help identify leads for potential clients across various industries, including tech, beauty, and small businesses.
Design & Graphics: Assist in the creation of newsletter designs, ad graphics, and other marketing collateral.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team on social media strategies, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to ongoing projects. Participate in monthly team meetings and project updates via Monday.com and other communication channels.
Learning & Development: Receive mentorship and feedback through bi-weekly evaluations and one-on-one meetings with the agency leadership team.
Qualifications:
Current college student or recent graduate in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related.
Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Passion for creativity, social media trends, and business development.
Prior internship experience or personal experience with social media platforms is a plus.
