The Role: Data Scientist
As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in understanding player behavior across a vast user base of 35M+ players. You'll develop models to predict churn, optimize customer acquisition, and drive retention strategies that enhance loyalty and engagement.
Your Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience in predictive analytics or data science.
Hands-on expertise in churn prediction, LTV analysis, recommendation systems, and decision trees.
Proficiency in Python (or R), with experience in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI preferred).
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty analytics.
Thrives in an agile, startup-like environment with a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or a related field.

Competitive base salary: $140K-$170K.
