New Frontier Management is currently looking for new Client Relations Representatives to join our growing team here in the Spartanburg area.
In this entry-level position, the Client Relations Representative will act as a liaison between our clients and the customers with accuracy and efficiency. As a Client Relations Representative you will be cross-trained in the different areas of our multi-faceted company such as marketing, sales, business management and management.
Responsibilities:
Stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends
Attend regular client training and developmental meetings
Assisting in new customer acquisitions on behalf of our clients
Consult prospective customers on behalf of our clients
Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
