ONLINE TAX PREPARER • 1 - 3 years of professional tax experience, preferably in tax compliance • YOU MUST BUILD YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS, THESE WILL BE YOUR CLIENTS
Strong analytical, research organizational, and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong sense of personal motivation as well as the ability to work with a team • Ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment • Communicate with tax clients to obtain information needed to complete tax returns • Tax return delivery including explaining return results • Must have access to Computer, Internet and Phone
IDEAL CANDIDATES: • Must be professional • Must be motivated • Must be articulate • Must be knowledgeable of current tax laws or be willing to take our IRS Certified online tax courses • Prior individual income tax filing experience is helpful but not required • Must be organized • No felony convictions • Must pass a criminal background check • PTIN Required • Must be 18 years or older • Bi-lingual Strongly Encouraged to Apply • Prior Customer Service Experience Preferred • Coachable & Motivated
