Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on RV service options, estimates, and repair recommendations. Listen to and understand customer service complaints and concerns. Accurately document the customer's issues and service requests. Uphold Pinnacle RV's commitment to exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction at all times Service Scheduling: Schedule service appointments for drop-off and pick-up Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage service appointments, prioritize work orders, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure that all scheduled work is communicated clearly to both customers and technicians. Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs performed, and parts used for each customer's RV Manage and prioritize the workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Customer Follow-Up: Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on service progress and address any additional needs or concerns. Communicate any additional work needed, estimated completion times, and costs involved. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, offering solutions that align with their expectations and our company policies. Technical Understanding: Possess a strong knowledge of RVs, RV accessories, and systems. Be able to explain technical issues and required repairs to customers in an understandable manner. Stay updated on new RV technologies and service techniques. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and work performed. Ensure all service documentation is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other dealership staff. Foster strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally. Work with technicians and parts department to find solutions to complex service problems. Ensure that all service issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the RV, automotive,powersports, or marine industries. Strong knowledge of RV systems, mechanics, and repair procedures to accurately assess customer service needs and provide detailed recommendations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
