We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join our team. As a Construction Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to create realistic project timelines.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Identify potential delays or issues and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
This role reports to the Director of Site Sustaining Capital
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a construction scheduler.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices.
