Position Overview The Residential Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. This role focuses on managing single-family home projects, with an emphasis on luxury residential builds and renovations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, specifically with single-family homes.
Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction and renovations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
