What You Will Be Doing
Assist construction project teams with all phases of project management
Work with Project Manager to assist in project documentation, tracking, and closeout.
What You Need for this Position
A related bachelors degree is preferred and at least 3 Year of experience/knowledge of:
Experience working for a mechanical contractor, engineering firm or construction manager
Mechanical projects such as HVAC , plumbing and fire protection
History working on commercial, healthcare and / or industrial projects as a mechanical contractor is preferred
Experience processing change orders, RFI's, submittal and similar project documents
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), MS Project software and other relevant construction software
