Our team develops and delivers best in class off-road vehicle dynamics performance to our customers through innovative suspension, steering, running gear and brakes design of our vehicles. This position will have a specific focus on maturing the vehicle dynamics team's quality, durability, and performance through requirements verification and validation development. They will be responsible for working with the vehicle dynamics systems engineers to develop and execute requirements development tests on suspension, steering, brakes and running gear. This role will also be a key interface from the vehicle dynamics systems engineers to the Polaris testing site to provide root cause investigation and subsystem performance data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of requirements and verification testing supporting vehicle dynamics performance, suspension, steering, brakes and running gear with guidance from vehicle dynamics attribute and design team.
Work with test team to extract meaningful data for the vehicle dynamics team from standard durability testing cycles to feed back into the engineering process.
