Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Participate in planning, design, and testing of the Oracle EPM implementation. • Define Oracle EMP roles and responsibilities. • Analyze potential SoD risks for the project. • Generate and analyze SoD assessment and determine mitigating SOX controls to minimize SoD risks. • Work with IT development team to ensure new roles and responsibilities are included in the SoD tool (an in-house developed application). • Document SOX controls and process narratives for financial reporting, consolidations, and planning.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in accounting or MIS is required. • CPA or CISA certification preferred. • Knowledge of Segregation of Duties and the relation to risk and internal controls. • Prior participation in Oracle EPM implementations. • Knowledge of oil and gas business terminology is preferred. • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paces, team-oriented environment with flexibility to work hours needed to meet critical reporting and project deadlines. Must be extremely reliable. • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
