Founded 32 years ago, Allied Consultants is an Austin-based firm and premier provider of technical and business staffing solutions for the State of Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, City of San Antonio (CoSA).
**Location of job: Remote with a preference for candidates local to the San Antonio or Austin area.**
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical and customer support skills for product development and the day-to-day support of a mission critical product to support CoSA's Metropolitan Health Department.
Qualifications
Minimum (Required):
7 years of NET C# (Custom apps)
7 years of Java (API interaction)
7 years of Javascript
7 yeas of HTML, CSS Ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
7 years knowledge of a Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to interpret schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures
7 years ability to interpret and edit XML files
7 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
7 years of strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
7 years knowledge of various Software Development Methodologies (particularly Agile) and experience in all stages of the software development lifecycle is a plus
7 years experience with virtualization and cloud services such as Azure/AWS
7 years of familiarity with the user of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and testing tools such as Fiddler, WireShark, PostMan, and SOAP UI
7 years working experience with release, change, configuration, and incident management
7 years working experience identifying and resolving application issues
Preferred (Optional):
7 years experience working with Agile product delivery
7 years of JIRA
7 years of SQL* (DB queries)
7 years working experience with one or more of the following healthcare applications: Righfax, Starlims, EzEMRx, Epi Surveillance, EpITrax, Rhapsody
