We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations & Systems Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in configuring and managing Dynatrace dashboards, generating reports, automating tasks, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system availability, capacity, and performance, investigating issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Set up and configure Dynatrace dashboards, create custom alerts, and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and PMO to resolve issues and track tasks in a ticketing system.
Support system patching, daily operations, and data updates using SQL and other tools.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring quality outputs.
Manage user access requests, digital certificate updates, and software inventory.
Develop presentations using advanced PowerPoint and Excel features.
Preferred Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in IT operations, with expertise in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and systems management.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, AWS, QuickSight, and similar tools.
Basic scripting skills (Linux shell, Python) and familiarity with SQL for reporting.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and presenting status reports.
Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in systems monitoring and performance troubleshooting.
