Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support business processes and improve operational efficiency. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with various teams to enhance our Salesforce platform and ensure it meets the company's evolving needs. Experience with Mulesoft administration, DevOps practices, Field Services, and process mapping/gathering requirements will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Manage user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate levels of access to Salesforce data and features.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, implement new functionality, and create solutions that meet business needs.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, integrations, and user access.
Perform data management tasks such as data imports, exports, and data quality assessments to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Work closely with development teams to deploy new Salesforce features and enhancements in alignment with business goals.
Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ongoing support for the Salesforce platform and train users on new features and best practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Salesforce Administration: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, including managing users, security settings, and data management tasks.
Mulesoft Administration: Experience with Mulesoft integration platform for connecting Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as version control, continuous integration, and automation for Salesforce deployments.
Field Services: Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning for managing on-site service operations, including work orders, scheduling, and resource management.
Process Mapping/Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in process mapping and gathering requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions that support business needs.
