Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, administer, manage, and support Azure resources • Implement and manage Azure application services • Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.) • Manage and respond to escalated client inquiries • Implement and manage Azure application services • Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.) • Research products and new technologies to increase the efficiency of business and operations • Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets • Be the escalation point for Service Desk on Desktop Support issues • Be the escalation point for Azure Cloud Systems and Resources • Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format
Skills and Abilities: • 3 years of relevant Microsoft Azure Administrator Experience • Hands-on experience in system administration of Linux/Windows server-side infrastructure,
manage virtual networks and machines • Strong knowledge of various cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, & SaaS) • Prior experience working at an ISP/Managed Services/IT Services company is preferred, and a
background in dealing with global teams and remote teams will be a strong plus
Compensation:
$30.00/hr to $40.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
